AMIK Technologies provides electric-vehicle charging and fleet-management software, including the Amik Charge app, Amik CRM and our other products and services (together, the “Services”). This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal information across the Services. Some Services are free and some are paid; this policy applies to all of them, and the Services are provided on an “as is” basis. By using the Services you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy and, where required by law, on the basis of the consent you provide.
For a better experience, the Service may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information, including name, email address, contact number, EV details and masked payment information. Third-party services such as Google Play Services may also collect information used to identify you.
Some AMIK products and services let you connect your Google Account so that features you ask for can work with your Google data. AMIK accesses Google user data only after you sign in with Google and grant consent through Google’s permission screen, and only for the specific features you enable. We use Google user data solely to provide and improve these user-facing features that you request, and for no purpose unrelated to them. Where you enable AI-assisted features, Google user data is processed only to carry out the actions you request — such as reading your availability and creating, updating or booking calendar events on your behalf — and is never used to train or improve AI or machine-learning models. We do not sell Google user data or share it with third parties, except with service providers who process it on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, where you direct or consent to the sharing, or where we are required to do so by law. We protect Google user data using encryption in transit, access controls that limit access to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis, and the other safeguards described in the “Security” section below.
We retain Google user data only for as long as needed to provide the connected feature. You can disconnect your Google Account or revoke AMIK’s access at any time from your Google Account permissions. When you disconnect your Google Account or delete your AMIK account, we revoke our access and delete the Google user data we hold for the connected feature within 30 days (data in encrypted backups is purged on our regular backup-rotation cycle, typically within 90 days), except where we are required to retain limited records by law. AMIK’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular, we do not:
Whenever you use the Service, in the event of an error, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your device called Log Data. This may include your device IP address, device name, operating system version, app configuration, the time and date of use, and other usage statistics.
The Service does not explicitly use cookies; however, third-party code and libraries used by the app may use cookies. You may accept or refuse these cookies, but refusing them may prevent you from using some portions of the Service.
We may employ third-party companies to facilitate our Service, provide it on our behalf, perform Service-related tasks or assist in analysing how it is used. These third parties have access to your personal information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.
We value your trust in providing your personal information and strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our Services are intended for users aged 18 and over and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected a child’s personal information without appropriate consent, we take reasonable steps to delete it. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
