These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the AMIK Charge mobile application, the AMIK website, AMIK-enabled charging stations and related services (the “Service”), operated by AMIK Technologies. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access or use the Service.
When you participate in a partner or promotional program, the program-specific terms take precedence over this agreement to the extent of any conflict.
Employees and members accessing the Service through an organisational account acknowledge that corporate or society administrators control the visibility of profile and payment information associated with that account.
You agree to pay all session fees initiated directly by you or through customer service. The account holder remains liable for charges until AMIK customer service is notified of a cancellation or change.
You must promptly keep your account information up to date, including name, address and payment details. Liability for session fees continues until official notification of any change is received.
Complaints must be submitted within 7 days to info@amiktechnologies.com. AMIK will review and respond to its determination within 90 days. Where a complaint is accepted, compensation is provided promptly.
The app enables payment at publicly accessible and authorised private charging stations. Session fees reflect actual consumption, which may differ from any estimate shown. You are responsible for selecting your preferred payment method and maintaining a sufficient account balance.
If your device is lost or stolen you must report it immediately online or notify AMIK customer service directly. You remain liable for all charges incurred until such notification is received.
AMIK has attempted to provide accurate information on the AMIK mobile application and webpage; however such information may change frequently. AMIK disclaims responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of content.
Despite reasonable tracking efforts, AMIK cannot guarantee the availability of charging stations as displayed in the application.
Either party may terminate this agreement without cause. Outstanding payments remain your responsibility, and collection action may be taken for unpaid balances.
AMIK reserves the right to modify these terms through notification on the website or by email to your recorded address. Changes apply upon your subsequent use of the app.
THE AMIK-ENABLED CHARGING STATIONS AND THE AMIK CHARGE MOBILE APPLICATION ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.
Booking fees for reserved charging slots are non-refundable. Charging stops automatically 5 minutes before slot expiry. AMIK may cancel bookings without reason due to unforeseen circumstances; refunds require valid documentation submitted within 90 days.
You agree to indemnify AMIK, its directors, officers, employees and program partners against any liability arising from misuse of the Service, damage to stations, or breach of this agreement.
AMIK disclaims responsibility for any incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including lost profits or loss of data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release all indemnified parties from any losses or injuries connected to the Service.
This agreement is governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
